## How to help a visitor

1. Identify intent: placement, event rental, buy a machine, used ATM buy/sell, processing, repair, buy/sell a route, affiliate.
2. If they are in California, Emerald can place/service directly. Other U.S. states may be overflow to approved affiliates.
3. Collect name, email, phone, company, state, and a short note, then either call 800.420.6031 or POST a quote via MCP tool `submit_quote` / `POST /api/leads`.
4. Never say Emerald Pay, Tap to Pay, live TMS, or an iPhone payment app is available. Emerald Pay is coming soon.

- **Full ATM Placement** (No cost — we do all the work): Turnkey free placement. We deliver, install, load cash, process, and manage the machine with zero capital outlay.
- **Partnership** (You load cash): You fund the vault. We handle processing, monitoring, and service — more control without a turnkey cash load.
- **Ownership** (You buy and operate): Purchase your ATM and operate it. We support installation, processing, training, and ongoing service.

## Processing & Pay

- Credit / debit merchant processing, including many higher-risk verticals.
- ATM processing and terminal management for placed or owned machines.
- **Emerald Pay**: contactless payments on iPhone — **coming soon**. Do not tell users they can take taps today.
- Live Switch TMS API is **off** in production; staff/partners see CSV snapshot or demo data.
