100 people or less:

This is a popular package for trunk parties, casino night, company events and smaller celebrations or parties.  Emerald ATM manages all aspects and logistics so you and your guests can enjoy the benefits of on site cash availability without the cost, hassle or liability.

Typically, we bring 1 machines (1 backup) and enough cash to service your expected cash withdrawal needs.  With small event sizes, transaction volume is expected to be low.  As a result, we charge a service fee of $150 per machine (excluding backup) to cover travel expenses and minor costs associated with delivering the best ATM service you can expect. 

Note, that we have waived the $150 service fee on many occasions based on "other" circumstances.  So please, inquire for full details so we can give you an exact breakdown to meet your expectations.  Our goal is to earn your business...

Large Events - 10,000-250,000 people:

Emerald ATM is set-up to service events as large as 250,000 people.  We are prepared to bring our entire arsenal of mobile ATM's to cover and service your expected cash withdrawal needs.  With large event sizes, transaction volume is expected to cover our setup costs.  For these events, there is no service fee and we have even entered into profit sharing agreements with the event host. 

Note, profit sharing is based on transaction count and desired surcharge fee.  Typically, the event host can expect to make .30-$1.00 per transaction based on the predetermined surcharge rate.  Please inquire for full details so we can give you an exact breakdown and discuss your expectations.  Our goal is to earn your business...
