Ventura County Aloha Beach Festival

Aloha Beach stacks live music, food, arts, and surf competitions onto the Ventura Promenade and Surfer’s Point. Cash still moves the vendor line when cards drop on a windy beach, so we treated the grounds as three cash zones instead of one machine in a corner.

We staged rentals at the vendor entrance, the beer garden / food court, and the boardwalk so guests could pull cash without walking back to parking. Each cabinet was loaded for a full weekend and monitored remotely so a jam or empty cassette did not wait on a morning truck.

That layout is the event rental we still quote: machines where people spend, a tech who can reach the site, and a plan for Saturday night volume — not a single ATM hoping the crowd finds it.
