Emerald ATM (“we”, “us”) operates emeraldatm.com and related partner tools. This policy explains what we collect and why.

Information we collect

• Contact and business details you submit via forms (name, email, phone, state, service interest, messages).
• Files you upload to the partner portal (e.g. processing statements) for review.
• Anonymous Core Web Vitals (largest paint, interaction delay, layout shift) via Vercel Speed Insights — no names, emails, or ads profile.
• Technical data such as browser type and pages visited if you opt into analytics cookies.
• Preference cookies (theme, desktop/mobile view) when you allow preferences.

Emerald Pay

For Tap to Pay we store payment metadata needed for the partner ledger: amount, status, location, optional last4/brand, and Stripe payment intent ids. Stripe processes the card. Full PAN never touches Emerald systems. Apple’s Tap to Pay UI collects the credential on device.

How we use information

• Respond to quotes, applications, and support requests.
• Match overflow opportunities to vetted affiliates when appropriate.
• Improve site performance when analytics is enabled.
• Secure the partner portal and prevent abuse.

Cookies

Necessary cookies keep the site secure, remember consent, and load Vercel Speed Insights (anonymous Core Web Vitals on our Vercel project). Optional categories (preferences, analytics, marketing) are off until you choose them. Analytics opt-in loads Vercel Web Analytics page views and, if configured, Google Analytics. Sharing

We do not sell personal information. We may share lead details with service providers (email delivery, hosting) or vetted affiliates only as needed to fulfill your request.
