How pricing works

Every event is different. Call or request a quote and a live Emerald representative will walk you through surcharge, deposit, and how many machines you need — before anything is locked in.
Surcharge
Cardholder surcharge starts at $5 per withdrawal. Your representative confirms the rate for your date.
Deposit & transaction minimum
Most events include a performance deposit tied to a minimum of 100 completed transactions per ATM for the whole event — one day or multi-day. Example: five ATMs means 500 transactions. Clear that floor and the deposit is returned; miss it and Emerald keeps the deposit. A common reference is $2,500 for a five-ATM event — your rep confirms the amount for your booking.
Prior ATM volume helps
If you’ve run ATMs at this event (or a similar one) before, bring transaction counts and vault cash-flow history from your previous provider. Strong history helps us discuss more flexible options with you on a live call.
